BANANA!!!

I can no longer call my little guy a nugget, he is now the length of a banana! I am officially 20 weeks pregnant, I can't believe I'm already halfway done. It's been a fun experience so far and I'm sure these next 20 weeks get even more fun ;) Me and had listened to the heartbeat yesterday morning, which is always a neat experience. I go in for my "official" gender ultrasound May 9th, I can't wait to see our little man again. I've had no more morning sickness, and have been feeling really good and look like I've been eating at buffets  three times a day for the past month. My pre pregnancy clothes are snug on me, and I can no longer button my jeans. The other day at work I was reaching up hanging something on the whiteboard and a little girl saw that I had a hair elastic through button hole and around my button, and asked why the heck my pants were like that. I'm just waiting for the day when she comes to school with the same "fashion trend" haha.

It's been so fun to collect little baby items for our little guy and to buy outfits for him. And he is spoiled already by his grandmas. Everytime I go over to my moms it seems like she has something new for him. I love all the joy he has already brought Hadley and I!

Besides my pregnancy, I've been working hard to finish my associates at SLCC. This week will be my last week of this semester (finals... yuck). Then I start summer semester a week later. I'm just crossing my fingers I will pass all my classes with all the stuff Had and I have planned for the summer. Hadley is still working hard at his job and enjoys his days off work. He's been busy helping his parents remodel their house, which has given me lots of time to study and catch up on my DVR'd shows ;)

Tulip Festival

Yesterday I went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point with my mom, Sarah, Bo, and Addie. The flowers there are so pretty! We had a lot of fun walking around and enjoying the warm weather. Bo had a blast running around the flower beds (and in the flower beds) and engorging himself with popcorn. And Addie was so good (as always) and loved having her picture taken.

Bryce Canyon

For Easter Hadley and I went down to Bryce Canyon with my parents and Alisha. It was so much fun! We went 4wheeling, swimming/hot tubbing, site seeing, played games, and ate yummy dutch oven food. It was so fun to get away from home for a couple nights and hang out with some of the family. Easter morning we got up and had a big breakfast then did an Easter egg hunt (yes we are all adults, but my parents still hid eggs for us)! haha.

Bryce Canyon

IT'S A....

LITTLE MAN!!!!! Tuesday my cousin Emily did an ultrasound for us, because I was dying to know the gender. She spotted out his little manhood pretty quick. It was so much fun to spy on him as he was playing and sucking his thumb in my belly. We also got to see the heartbeat which is the most amazing thing ever. He looked like he was celebrating with us seeing him, he was moving all over the place! Even though I was 99.9% we were having a boy, I am still shocked that's what we are having. I never knew that I could love an unborn child this much. I am now barely starting to feel him move around (when I lay on my stomach). It feels like I'm doing a little load of laundry in my belly! I'm so excited to start buying boy things, you can only buy so much gender neutral stuff.

We are so excited to have this little guy in our lives! It's going to be so much fun to see what he looks like when he gets here. He will have so much fun with his grandmas, grandpas, anties, uncles, and cousins. He has brought so much joy to our lives already and I'm sure it will only get better! Had is excited to get him out fishing, playing sports, and all that other boy stuff. And I'm excited to kiss his little nose and snuggle him!
